Day #4

A day of Gratitude
Today is the day you get to do some work!! That's right... this isn't just me doing the heavy lifting here. It's time for you to get involved in this journey. Below are several tasks that you need to accomplish today! They are simple but important.
You know that I am a huge fan of gratitude. I feel strongly that the recognition of gratitude is the recognition of God's favor. I love to live in a constant state of gratitude.
I know this does not come as easily for you, so we are going to put your "gratitude chops" to the test today!!!
Below is a list of action items I would life for you to execute TODAY. You have all day to reflect, ponder, and appreciate the abundance of God's favor on our family.
I hope you enjoy this exercise. I think the more. you are aware of God's favor (gratitude), the more you will see it on an hourly, daily, weekly, yearly basis.
HAVE FUN!!!!!!!

Gratitude In Action
Please answer the following. You can jot this down on your phone or in writing, but I would like to review it upon my return.
-
If I were to ask you what your favorite photo is, which photo comes to mind and why?
-
If I were to task you with writing a letter of gratitude or appreciation to someone, who would it be and why?
-
What are 3 things you are grateful for today (like right now)?
-
What spot/place/location makes you feel safe and at peace and why?
-
What is a recent challenge you've faced, but looking back is grateful for?
-
What is a kind act you have witnessed recently?
-
What simple things make you smile?
-
What is something you've achieved recently that you are proud of and didn't expect of yourself?
-
Take 3 separate photos today (and text them to me) that reflect moments of gratitude.
-
I encourage you to sit down later this evening when kids are in bed and open up NOTES on your phone and simply begin to jot down anything positive in your life... things you are grateful for (aka Gratitude)
I think you will enjoy this exercise. I hope you do not look at it as a burden, but an opportunity to really reflect on God's goodness and the abundance mentality we should have. He provides ALL that we need and more!!!
I love you today. I am thankful for you and our babies. I am constantly filled with GRATITUDE!!!
Thanks for playing along!
I LOVE YOU!!!!!
